With bebo convert, we offer hotels a clever solution for converting their unsold rooms (vacancies) into their own currency. This can be used to pay suppliers and all types of invoices.

bebo convert markets your rooms, which you have not been able to sell through any other channel, to your future new guests. Because bebo convert reaches guests who have not yet booked your hotel.

We only receive unsold rooms and occupy this vacancy with new potential regular guests.

The resulting occupancy costs are spread over the entire contract period. Ultimately, the costs for the hotel even end up being considerably lower, than the supplier invoices which were originally to be paid.

The direct cost advantage here is usually 30-50%.

How bebo convert works

Cashless purchasing

You purchase from a supplier and we'll take care of your gross invoice. This can include costs for equipment, digitisation, listing fees, leasing rates, advance invoices and much more.

Make smart use of your vacancy

In return, you'll provide a predefined quota of rooms to Beyond Bookings with no fixed arrival dates. You decide when these are available on a daily basis.

New guests

In order to ensure that the guest actually purchases a room which really is empty instead of receiving a room cheaper which you could have sold at the full best available rate, we only sell the service (bed and breakfast) with no date.

Booking process

No work is required from you before the guest arrives and after they leave as Beyond Bookings takes care of the entire booking process. You can choose to integrate your channel manager.

Costs

The pure occupancy costs (marginal costs) of an otherwise vacant room are considerably lower than if you were to pay for the investment from your earned income!

Commission-free

100% of additional sales, including via upselling and additional booked nights, go to your hotel.

* In principle, working with bebo convert doesn’t cost the hotel any money! Nevertheless, operational costs arise when the vacant rooms are occupied due to the arrival and departure of new guests (cleaning of the room, energy costs such as water & electricity as well as purely the use of goods for breakfast). Likewise, the VAT to be paid on accommodation and F&B has already been taken into account in the calculation.

Furthermore, these costs are not incurred in one go, but pro rata in each case when a room is occupied and thus spread over the contract period. These specific examples were for a period of 17, 18 and 21 months during which all guests arrived, and all costs were incurred.
